FunkyChunky is an Eden Prarie, Minnesota based company that creates hand-crafted, delectable flavorful snacks in small batches, and ships them to your front door. Their inventive flavors are created using only the finest products, including creamy butter, fresh brown sugar, premium nuts, popcorn and crunchy pretzels.
Project:
This project was a reskin of their original Magento 1 site to that was designed to feature their Holiday Gifts during the 4th quarter when they get most of their business. The redesign was focused heavily on attracting and retaining new customers by streamlining the user experience for both finding products and the checkout process.

- Reorganize Products, Categories and Menu
- Restructure Product Listing and Product Description Pages
- Remove un-necessary steps and options during checkout.
- Add new automatic customer newsletter opt-in on the checkout page.
What I did:
As the sole developer on the project, I worked with the Digital Strategy and Design teams to implement the new designs across and rebuild the product and product listing pages and restructure the checkout. This project was on a very short timeline and we were able to turn it around and launch the project on time and under budget.
